The journey starts here It took me a little over a week to get from Paris to this point. After crossing France, Italy, Croatia, Serbia & Bulgaria, I finally find myself sitting on the Trans-Asia Express, crossing Turkey. It was touch-and-go waiting in Istanbul for the Iranian visa, but now all I have to do is watch the Turkish hills & plains roll-by. Next stop, Tehran.
